What sort of materials are your products made of?
Our personalised jewellery range are made with quality sterling silver and solid 9 carat gold. There are some gold fill items in the ‘design your own’ options, but none of our eternity or infinity pendants are made with gold-fill. Gold-fill should not be confused with gold plating, gold fill is an real layer of 14 or 18 carat gold, it is very durable. We can also have the eternity circles made in 18 carat or white gold if required.
How do I compare the different sizes and thicknesses of the pendants?
There are a range of different sizes, and thicknesses to accomodate most peoples’ requirements. You can see a sizing guide that may help you by clicking here.
Do I receive a chain with my order?
All of our pendants come with a complimentary link chain (and some tags include a 50cm ball chain). You will be given the option to switch to a different style or length of chain for an upgrade fee, when you are placing your order. For more information on our chain options, you can look here.
Do you have a pickup option available?
All of our orders are dispatched via Australia Post. In order to maintain good prices, we prefer not to have the overheads of a showroom or shop front.
What are the different stamping fonts?
We can both hand stamp and precision stamp in various fonts. The different font options can be seen here.
Why is there an additional fee for hand stamping?
Unlike the majority of hand stamped personalised jewellery, we do not leave any dents or impressions or scratches on the back. We polish all of our pieces, so they have a beautiful finish on the front and back. We do not believe the dents and impressions add character, we believe they detract from the piece and give is a lower quality finish. The stamping adds character, not the dents!
